Group Permissions and User Permissions records define the access rights for users and groups to a Message Part, Message Part Category, Message Template, or Message Template Category.

Group/User (Required)

The Group or User field displays the user or group whose members can access this record in the Aptify Messaging dialog.

The Users and Groups that you specify using this form will have Read and Edit permissions for the template or category, regardless of which permission options you select. The Read, Edit, and Delete boxes are reserved for future use.

Read

If this option is selected, the user or the users in the group specified have Read permission for the item.

Edit

If this option is selected, the user or the users in the group specified have Edit permission for the item. This option is only applicable if the Read option is selected.

Delete

If this option is selected, the user or the users in the group specified have Delete permission for the item. This option is only applicable if the Read option is selected.
