About the Messaging Fields Form

Fields within a Message Source entity are listed in Message Fields records to indicate that values from those fields may be used as addresses in a message (To, CC, or BCC). Messaging Fields may only be accessed from the Messaging Fields tab on the Message Source records.

Field Name

Field Name is the name of the field associated with the message source, which stores information appropriate for the To field of an email message.
