This service stores user profile information and preferences for each user in the messaging system. The Message User Profiles service is reserved for future use.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Message User Profiles record.

General Tab

User (Required)

The User field stores the login of the user for whom the profile exists.

Default Message Service

The default message service for the user indicates the message service to be used to process any messages created by the user. This field links to the Message Services service.

Default Message Template

The default message template for the user specified in the User field indicates the template that will be loaded by default into any messages created by the user. This field links to the Message Templates service.

Auto Text Footer

The text in the Auto Text Footer field is automatically appended to text e-mail messages sent by the user.

Auto HTML Footer

The text in the Auto HTML Footer field is automatically appended to HTML formatted e-mail messages sent by the user.
