Message Actions records store information about a defined message action, including the process flow that will be fired to execute the action and the services where this action will be available.

Attachments Tab

The Attachments tab lists any files relevant to the Message Actions record.

General Tab

Name

The name of the message action.

Description

A description of the message action.

Process Flow

The process flow that will be executed for this message action. This field links to the Process Flows service.

Is Active

When selected, this Message Action is active and can be executed after sending a message for a specified entity that has access to the action. When cleared, this Message Source is disabled.
